1. Free Trial
New accounts can start with a 7-day free trial of the Service. The trial lets you set up and test your AI agent before you pay anything.
- The free trial lasts 7 days from the day you start it.
- You are not charged during the free trial.
- If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged at all.
- When the trial ends, your AI agent pauses until you choose a paid plan and complete payment — there is no automatic charge, so you are only billed if you actively subscribe.
- Free trials are limited to one per customer or business. We may decline or shorten a trial if we detect repeated sign-ups or abuse.
2. Subscriptions and Billing
After the free trial, the Service is offered as a paid monthly subscription. We currently offer Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans, each with its own monthly message and usage allowance.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly, in advance, at the start of each billing period.
- Each plan includes a monthly allowance of messages or usage, as described on the pricing page for your plan.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel, and your payment method is charged at the start of each new period.
- Prices, plans, and allowances may change over time; any change to your subscription price will apply from your next renewal, and we will give you reasonable notice before it takes effect.
3. Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals so you are not charged again.
- You can cancel from your account settings on the Site, or by contacting us at the address in the Contact section below.
- When you cancel, your subscription will not renew at the end of the current paid period.
- Your access to the Service continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Cancelling on its own does not trigger a refund; it simply prevents the next charge. Refunds are covered separately in the sections below.
4. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee on Your First Paid Month
We offer a money-back guarantee on your first paid month so you can try the Service with confidence after your free trial ends.
- If you are not satisfied with the Service, you can request a full refund of your first monthly payment within 7 days of that first charge.
- This guarantee applies once per customer, to the first paid month only, immediately after the free trial.
- If we approve the refund, your subscription is cancelled and your access ends.
- This guarantee does not apply to plan upgrades, add-ons, or any later renewals.
5. Monthly Renewals Are Generally Non-Refundable
Because you can cancel at any time before a renewal, monthly renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the new billing period has started.
- Once a new monthly period begins and the renewal payment is taken, that payment is not refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
- To avoid being charged for the next month, cancel before your renewal date. You will keep access until the end of the current paid period.
- If you forget to cancel and notice the renewal charge promptly, contact us; we review reasonable requests case by case, but renewals are not guaranteed to be refunded.
6. No Refunds for Usage Already Consumed
The Service runs in real time and uses third-party AI and messaging resources each time your agent replies. For this reason, we do not refund usage that has already been consumed.
- We do not provide refunds or credits for messages, conversations, or other usage that has already been processed during a billing period.
- Unused portions of your monthly allowance do not roll over to the next month and are not refundable.
- Partial months are not pro-rated or refunded when you cancel (except under the first-month money-back guarantee in Section 4, or where required by law); your access simply continues until the end of the paid period.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us and include the details we need to find your account and your payment.
- Email us at support@tagoagent.com with your account email, the plan you are on, and the date of the charge.
- Tell us briefly why you are requesting a refund so we can help and improve the Service.
- We aim to review refund requests within a reasonable time and will let you know our decision by email.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through the payment provider that processed your purchase (see the next section). The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on that provider and your bank.
8. Who Processes Your Payment and Refund
How your refund is processed depends on which payment provider billed your purchase.
- International and worldwide card purchases are sold and billed by Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record and authorized reseller. Paddle is the seller of record for those orders and handles billing, invoicing, taxes, and refunds on our behalf. Refunds for Paddle orders are processed by Paddle in line with this policy.
- Customers in Egypt are billed through Paymob, which supports Fawry, mobile wallets, InstaPay, and cards. Refunds for these orders are processed through Paymob in line with this policy.
- We never store or handle your full card numbers; card data is handled by these payment providers.
- Whichever provider billed you, the eligibility rules in this policy still apply. We may ask you to confirm the provider and order details so the refund can be processed correctly.
9. Chargebacks and Abuse
If you have a billing problem, please contact us first. We will work in good faith to resolve it faster than a bank dispute usually can.
- Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may lead to suspension or termination of your account while the dispute is reviewed.
- We may decline refunds, free trials, or future service where we reasonably believe the policy is being abused, for example through repeated sign-ups, fraudulent claims, or violations of our Terms of Service.
- Refunds may also be withheld or reversed where charges relate to fraud or unauthorized use that you did not report promptly.
10. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have under the laws that apply to you. Where local consumer law gives you stronger rights than this policy, those legal rights apply.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our plans, payment providers, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you. Changes apply to purchases and renewals made after the updated policy takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
12. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Any questions about this policy should be raised with us using the contact details below.
